What Is The Point?
Why is it that everytime I go to do site comments I am met with the same message.
The image above shows you what I am met with. Now I know that I am probably not the only person to be met with this but it is rather annoying. You get yourself all ready to go and leave people some good worthwhile comments and then when you get there, ou discover that there are none available. It certainly makes me want to go
I do like the new way the site comments are done but at least with the old system, there was always lots of items available regardless of when you went to do them. I am not sure why there only ever seems to be so many at time now and if you don't get there quick enough you have wasted your time.
I have tried a few times to do the 10 comments in 24 hours and have missed out because of this same situation.
If anyone has a way to get round this please let me know so that I can go and leave some comments for people.

Thanks Tracey, you are welcome and I just get annoyed when I have set time aside to go and do some and then there are none. But I will just have to do them one at a time if need be lol. xxx
That is so true Tracey and it is up to us to make the most of our time while trying to fit everything in so when you get wasted time it can be frustrating. xxx

This has happened to me a couple of times too but not recently. It's probably a timing thing I'm guessing. Buying credits for a comment isn't a road I want to go down.

I think it is a timing thing Erica and if you don't get there before the hoards who swallow them up then you are left hanging on and waiting till more become available.

I have had exactly the same. No chance of Getting the comments boost. Very frustrating. Is it because they want us to buy credits. 🤔.
Hi Matthew, it is very frustrating and very annoying but unfortunately I don't know how we get round it. I have never thought of it that way and I certainly won't be going down that road of buying credits. I will just bide my time as they say and get them in dribs and drabs. xxx

Many have had this problem.
I personally gave up trying to hit the 10 comments some time ago. I'm hoping they find a solution soon!

I have never bothered even trying at any time to get the 10 comments either. Hopefully they will fix something soon though. xxx
This seems to be an ongoing problem showing no signs of resolution. We have made the decision not to request comments because of the constant complaints we see about bad ones.

It is just so frustrating to plan to go and give comments and you get there and there's none to comment on. I know what you mean about requesting comments though after all the hype and complaints about the ones that have been given wrongly. I haven't asked for them for a while either. xxxx
I feel your frustration, Cheryl. I’ve had this happen on a few occasions as well.
Have you tried clicking on additional areas of interest? It helped me for sure but I still receive the “Wow” message on occasion.

It really is annoying. I must just go at the wrong time but it seems that there are never really a lot there. Have never thought on the additional areas of interest, may have to give that a go.

Yeah, it's been a while. I've had some medical issues but most of my time has been spent putting websites together for a couple of clients. I'm currently helping a client with an e-commerce site.
I make enough to cover the cost of my WA membership and a tad extra. I was asked last week to put a site together for a local band. It's hard for me to say no when asked to help.
One of these days I'll have to get back to building my niche site. Or, possibly, get serious about building websites and SEO as a business. Who knows?

You're quite right Randy, you can't say no to people who are asking for help, especially if there is a chance of getting paid for them too.
Hoping you have managed to get your medical problems sorted out as well and that everything is fine now.

I've had a few of those disappointments, myself.
But what I've found to be sort of funny is when I submit an article and request one or maybe two comments, I'll get about seven or eight!
People must be constantly clicking on the button, trying to grab that juicy morsel before somebody else gets it!
Then, apparently, the system gets confused and gives it to everybody who clicked it at the same time.
I'm not sure if it's more funny or sad.

Exactly Joe, it's like they're all sitting there waiting on them to come through. At least with the old system there were articles there all the time for everyone.
I think that this is why people don't read things properly before commenting as they are in a hurry to get through as many as they can at the one time. This is then leaving the people who are receiving the comments angry or disappointed because the comment does nothing for the post it relates to.
I think it is both funny and sad Joe. It's like the saying "If you snooze, you lose".
I will just keep going to do them in the hope that there are some there when I do lol. xxxx
