My mom doesn’t know what a smart phone is. I spoke to her yesterday on her landline but she’s tired and confused. I didn’t want to confuse her more today.

It’s a little tricky this time around.

Definitely a very quiet supermarket, it is nice to just wander slowly round a supermarket when it's quiet but you spend more because you can see more lol.

Finally got my pressies from the kids, I got nice slippers, a lovely keyring that says mum (I like collecting keyrings and pens) and a crystal wine glass that says wonderful mum on it. No wine to go in it though, may have to resolve that one for later. xxxx

I’m in a place called Hadyai, Southern Thailand. With us not getting any younger, I tend to break the bigger overland trips down a bit. I don’t have to be anywhere quickly.

Last day of my visa tomorrow, so it’s important to leave on time.

She actually said “buy one get one”, on the Danishes they were quite heavy going! Very nice though!
