Random Quotes
Away at the back end of last year my son introduced me to the songs for Hamilton the Musical. He had heard that the show is coming to London and really wanted to go and see it. In January, the tickets went on sale and so my son bought tickets for himself, my daughter and myself, so I have a trip to London to look forward to and a great show which I can't wait to see as I love the music from the show.
Unfortunately, the first time we could get tickets for was March 2018 so still a wee while to wait but it is getting nearer.
I found two quotes here from Alexander Hamilton that I am going to leave you with, I just thought they were very good.

You will love Hamilton! I saw it in NYC last year with my husband and bought tickets 10 months prior to the date. It was well worth the wait.

That must have been amazing Erica seeing it on Broadway. Was it Lin-Manuel Miranda that played Hamilton when you saw it. He is a very talented guy to have wrote the show and the music. We were hoping the he was going to come to London but it's someone else. The story is excellent and the songs are brilliant.
I can imagine you having to get them well in advance Erica. That makes it 14 months from when we got our to when we go to see it. xxx
It was Javier Munoz who played Hamilton when I saw it and he was amazing in the role. I remember when I first read reviews of Hamilton and tickets were easy to come by I almost bought some then. Next time I'll trust my instincts if I read about a show that sounds really good.
Having something to look forward to can be nice though, right?

We have a 25 year old guy named Jamael Westman that is going to play Alexander Hamilton. He is just out of RADA so he must be really good.
I know what you mean though, sometimes we have to just act on the spur of the moment and trust our instincts.

I think Queen Victoria and Abdul was very good, also interesting as it talks about an unknown historical fact. It is a British film and they are normally very good especially surroundings, dresses and excellent actors. I do not think it is a film for the big public. I like to see films like that without sex, crime, and murder. It is one of those films which make you think.

Thank you, I just really fancy it and I love Dame Judy Dench in films she is an amazing actress.
I remember watching another of her films when she was Queen Victoria and the Comedian Billy Connolly was in it and it was so good, it was called Mrs Brown. Another film she is in that is amazing is Philomena, it is such a sad film but there is some humour in there too.
