Looking For Something To Help De-Stress?

I have recently found the most perfect App for my phone that is a great help when I am feeling stressed or just needing to unwind at the end of the day.

This has been a great tool for helping me but unfortunately it can become rather addictive as well. Once you have completed one, you instantly want to go and start another and before you realise it you have completed maybe 4 or 5.

I really am going back to my childhood when using this App as I used to love to sit and colour-in pictures when I was younger and still do. However, I do not really like all the adult colouring books you can now get or the Apps either. I did though discover this App and was hooked immediately.

The name of this App is Happy Colour and is basically


As I said, back to my childhood, but then I am just a big kid at heart lol. So if I disappear at any time you will probably find me doing colour by numbers on my phone. I have now got my daughter hooked on it as well lol.

I love coloring books so I'm definitely going to try this! Thanks Cheryl.

I love coloring on my phone! I use the app "Color Therapy". No numbers so you can get very creative...I feel like an artist.

That is great I use the adult coloring books I have a lot of them so I can choose which one I want to color in. So just about all my coloring books has something color in but not finished yet.

You enjoyed yourself and relax that is the way to do it is by coloring. I am a big kid too at heart.

I can see the benefits - Sitting on the headland staring at the beach calms me and resets my head evverytime.

Bananas are very good for stress and anxiety. Also, a cup of warm chamomile tea.

As an artist I have something similar myself :)

Thanks for the post though as we all need a stress reliever.
I also jump on my drumset for about an hour or so and play along with music which is a blast and definitely relieves my stress.
