Every Day's A School Day
As we all know, everyday is a school day for us all.
Yesterday I was trying to find out if there was a way that you can add a link into your text that will then take you away to a website or even just a post that you want to link back to.
After watching a few videos and them all telling me the same thing, which wasn't what I was looking for, I am happy to say that I found my answer.

Unfortunately, what I am going to let you know about only works if you have a Business Page on Facebook.
So, for anyone out there who has a Facebook Business page and would like to add links to your text if you are creating a post directly in Facebook, it can be done. You have to do it in Facebook Notes rather than direct on your timeline.
To get into Notes, you need to make sure you are on your Business Page and then down the left hand side where it says Home, Pages, Posts etc, if you go to the bottom of the list you will see Notes, click on it and you can type your post as you would normally do. When you get to where you want your link to go, you can highlight the text and a box appears that has the link icon inside, click on this and put your url into the box and press enter. That's it done.
The only thing is that when you publish your post it doesn't look like the link has worked but when you click on the post, it opens up the Notes page and you can see your links.

I totally agree with you here. We are all learning everyday and it is so very easy to forget how you once done something if you are not doing it regularly.
As someone said to me recently, there is no "I" in teamwork and that is the best way to work. We are all part of the team at WA so why not share what we learn with everyone else. We will always have a different opinion but put them together and you never know what can be achieved. Two heads are better than one as they say.
One thing I am not is tunnel blind to anyone's advice. I have started a tutorial on this so will get it finished later hopefully. xxxx
