Blowing Your Own Trumpet
I am not the type of person who likes to blow my own trumpet, but sometimes you just have to as there is no one else going to do it for you.
Today sorry is the day that I am going to make plenty noise while blowing it, may not be a tune but will certainly be a noise. Probably one where you will have your hands over your ears and are shouting SHUT UP, but because I will be making so much of a racket I won't hear you.
I will now tell you why I feel the need to blow my own trumpet, I was checking my last 2 posts that I published (one for each website) this morning and was pleased to see the following results as shown in the images below:
The post on Wealthy Affiliate and My Journey actually brought me a comment from someone who was impressed enough by it that he said he had signed up for the free membership, I still have my fingers crossed that he decides to go premium.
Please feel free to join me in blowing my trumpet today so we can make a big big noise lol.

Hiya - when I was 3 years old at Christmas I was given a toy trumpet which I started blowing at about 4am.
Never saw the trumpet again but learned instantly the concept - been blowing my own trumpet where necessary for motivation and just a giggle at times.
Give yours a right good blast 'coz you're doing really well.

I can just imagine where that trumpet went lol, but have to say it wasn't your fault as no one told you that it was wrong to blow it that early and the person that gave you it was really at fault. I hope it wasn't Bert who gave you it and then pinched it back after getting you a row lol.
You are quite right though blowing your own trumpet at times as no one else does it for us and even if it is for just a giggle. No use this having to be serious all the time, we need to have a good laugh some times.
I most certainly will give it a good blast and will have fun doing it as well, hopefully give all the boring people here a sore head. Hopefully there will be plenty more trumpet blowing soon as well.

Thank you Debby, it was nice to see both posts in page 1 position 1. I remember someone telling me to sign out of Google and then search your posts and you get a truer picture. It is probably the same as going incognito. xxx
