Affirmations
Not so long ago I had a conversation with Valerie and she spoke about affirmations. After we finished our conversation she sent me a really good one which I now have as my screen saver.
I asked Valerie if she had ever heard the song Affirmation by Savage Garden. I am not sure if she did ever get the chance to listen to the song but I think this is a great song and I listen to it at least once every day if not more as I love the words.As well as sharing this song with you all for the ones who have not heard it or it has been a while, I thought I would share some affirmations that I like as well.Have a great weekend everyone and below is the video with lyrics for the song.

Narcissistic, having or showing an excessive interest in or admiration of oneself. Well I think if we don't love ourselves first, then we will have trouble loving others. I like the song from Michael Jackson "I'm looking at the man in the mirror" . If you have the time MKearns check out the lyrics.
