You can upload to YouTube then embed share in your posts :) Uploading direct can hinder your site speed.

I manually uploaded the picture, but I want to get rid of it, but I can't see anywhere to do it can anyone help me please.
Click on it and backspace, that's if in a post or page.
Or go to your Media library, click on the image, and right side "Delete Permanently"
