Thank you for asking this CherylAnnie. I love that JeremyWest has a blog post featuring some success stories. I was able to find someone who is successful doing the niche I want to do. She's even an affiliate for one of the companies that I am. I'm beyond thrilled right now!!

Ditto with WKnoepp... I've been active for several years and we do business each and every day. You will see from my profile why I'm at WA. We utilized offline radio, newsprint, tv ads and they worked extremely well to bring hundreds of interested consumers daily!
I'm working at it. I have other sites developed outside WA that are doing OK. WA is Giving me greater depth of knowledge and steering me away from common mistakes I've made in the past - they were costly. I have a number of other projects to deal with and time is a big factor for me. So I'll be a while developing a WA website - which will eventually promote WA because it's one affiliation I won't have to apologize for. Don't look to me for advice on how to make seven figures. I don't know. Yet.
There are lots of people making lots of money here. Hopefully they will chime in. I'm not one of them yet but I'm still hopeful. Glyn.

I'm still a newbie, not quite 3 months yet, and still building out my site, so I have not expected to make any money yet. But I have messaged with several vets here who do make full time income. And I have seen traffic increasing steadily on my site, even though its still being developed and not fully SEO'd yet, so ... I have confidence if we just stay the course, the money will soon follow.
Totally agree. It takes time and dedication to set up any business either online or offline.

Are you still there? I'm writing you almost exactly one year after you originally posted this but figured I would reach out regardless. Yes I WAS in mortgage lending but I left as of the first of this year to pursue affiliate marketing full time instead.
Curious what you were looking for, do you have any mortgage niche idea and/or ideas on how that niche can be used to promote/sell anything else? I hope this message finds you well.
