Hello my WA fam!

This is me just checking in to let you know that I am not here to promote anything on a site that has been established so I wanted to get that out in the clear so that you don't get those names confused. This topic or subject has been stuck on me for the past 8 or 9 months so I just thought that it was time to vent to release all of my frustration due to some of the users on here.

My website is called Amazon Connect and I have already told a few users on here that I am NOT trying to promote anything on my website simply because it has the same name as "Amazon.com" and that I just go on there to blog, occasionally. So I rarely be on there since I am currently working on the training videos to complete the lessons. Plus I am also thinking of creating my second website which won't be done until the beginning of next year now that we have all the time in our hands.

Mostly I will be on here reading my emails from you lovely WA members. Studying on the lessons, watching the training videos and etc....

Until then, I hope you have yourselves a Merry Christmas and a happy weekend. Have a safe holiday.

Until Next Time - Stay Safe.

Best,

Myra

I really don't think that the name you choose has anything to do with the company that Jeff Bezos Owned. Just because a company has a name, doesn't mean it has all the rights to the name. Do you think Amazon dot com owns the Amazon rain forest? Ha! Ha!. When I first saw your blog today and read it, I thought it has something that is connected to the Amazon rain-forest (Amazon connect). But I was wrong as I read the comment. Still Amazon dot com doesn't own the name in it's entirely as long you use a prefix or suffix to justify your own brand name. Thanks for sharing. All the best!

Thanks so much for leaving such a nice comment. Perhaps you're right.

All the best to you and your success. ☺

Best,
Myra

I suggest you go to the pages on the big A where they have rules for affiliates. It used to be that anything using the word amazon in the url was immediate cause for kicking people out. Just check!

Thank you for the suggestion, Rosana.

I will gladly check.

I hope you are having a blessed weekend.

Myra

You go Myra, holding it in for that long can take a bit out of you. Merry Christmas and happy holidays

Well, yeah, in a way but for me "holding it in" wasn't a big deal for me at the time because it wasn't.

I'm not one of those persons that will hold a grudge onto anything either.

Thanks so much for your concern.

Have a Merry Christmas.

Myra

I am very curious.
Is your dot com website actually called amazonconnet?
It surprises me that you were able to create a website using amazon in it because amazon is company name.

Do have a very Merry Christmas.

Well, here's the thing. I used to be a member at amazon seller central and ever since then, that name just came to me which prompted me to build a website with that name and only because I didn't have any other names to use so I just went with the name "amazon" when I could have gone with a different name.

Thank you so much for stopping by to leave a comment today.

Merry Christmas,
Myra

Merry Christmas to you, Myra.
Happy weekend!

Joyce

Thank you, Joyce.

Merry Christmas to you.

Have a good and safe weekend.

Best,
Myra
