Does anyone have a virtual reality headset affiliate program they like to use?

Try this Gooogle Search. vr headsets + affiliate programs

I did, but there has got to be something better out there than what I saw.

Do the Theme Builder Pro version features become irrelevant as soon as I install a Page Builder?

It is best to get a compatible theme builder. Page builders also offer child themes you can use. If the theme builder pro is compatible with the page builder you are using, you usually can maintain both without much issues.

If I plan on using a pro page builder, then would it make the most sense to get the lightest theme that coordinates with the page builder? Or at some point would I benefit from the bells and whistles that some of these themes offer?

Yes, you should choose a simple startup theme.

Ok, do you have experience or thoughts on Brizy?

No, I don't as I have no experience with it. I have used Divi Builder and Elementor.

As I begin interacting with my target market online, I have asked them to tell me what they need most. The consensus is that a blog would be nice, but what they really want is

WA is a Wordpress Platform ... to accomplish what you are wanting you will need to add PlugIns to Wordpress to provide the functionality desired. There is a membership plugin called Paid Membership Pro (I believe there is a free and paid version) ... For the Store, if you are selling products you would need a plugin like WooCommerce ....
Allan

Thank you @allancurtis! Where do I find someone who can help me do what you are suggesting?

I can help guide you, what is your level of experience? These modules tend to be quite tricky to setup ... each will have a tutorial or configuration documents to follow. You will also need a payment gateway such as PayPal and depending on the number of members and frequency of emailing, you may need a customer relation management program. Can you send me a Private Message with more details and I will point you in the right direction ...

There are many plugins you can use to create different types of websites. Plugins can help you create a community or an online store!

For example, WooCommerce: I know a lot of people use BuddyPress to create community stuff, but there are other ones out there too.

I’m going to need help with this, where can I find help?

You can post a question here in Classrooms, but for specific help with a specific plugin, you'd probably have to consult with the plugin creators. There are 10's of thousands of plugins out there, so many people are not familiar with specifics.

Post a question here in WA and see if anyone can help though. You never know!

You can do all that by getting the right theme and plugins.

There are also page builders that allow you to build custom page formats. You need to do the work of customization but it can be done.
