How Newbies Get Started Here at WA
You have just joined this amazing platform and wondering, what the heck do I do first?
I am going to try and help you with that a little bit.
What Should be the First Thing I Do?
First thing to do is create your profile. It doesn't need to be anything fancy or huge to begin with. Just tell us who you are, where did you come from, do you have any experience with affiliate marketing or an online business, maybe a little about your education, and whatever else you would like us to know to get to know you. Now, Get Started on Some Great Training.
Next you need to get started on your training. I highly recommend you go through the Online Entrepreneur Certification (OEC) first so you can get your website created and start making it look the way you want it to. In this initial training, you will learn what affiliate marketing is all about. You might choose a niche, which is just something you are passionate about or want to become passionate about. That is what you will be writing content about on your site.
Time to go Premium?
After your free seven day trial, next you will need to decide whether to remain free or upgrade to Premium, which will provide you with the rest of the training available, along with a ton of other benefits. You should really consider this at least for the first month since it is only $19 and then you will have to decide if this is your thing or not. If it is you should go yearly since that will give you the biggest discount. The people that are really focused, pateint and dedicated to the process of developing a long term online business that will eventually make a good/great passive income, will remain and go premium. Others will fade away and keep looking for that illusive get-rich-quick scheme, which this is not.
Keep Learning and Make the Website of Your Dreams.
Now that you are premium, you will continue with the OEC training and become certified, while at the same time you will be optimizing and monetizing your website and start making a little money in the process. You will learn everything you need to know about being successful with affiliate marketing, and so much more.
Remember, if you don't work to make your own dreams come true, some will hire you to make their dreams come true. Which do you want?

Well done you have created some very simple guideposts for all who are just starting out here. I have been re-doing O.E.C training as I am not getting any traffic on my site even though I have been here almost 12 months now Wishing you every success.

Thanks I will do as I have just published a new post of over 1000 words, took me longer than expected but glad I did it.
I want to point out any traffic you are driving to your so called site is benefiting the person(s) that owns the domain. If you want any real success I wouldn’t suggest putting all of your hard work into what is to yield someone else the rewards. Get your own website/domain. This is a good gimmick for whoever came up with this unfortunately not for anyone else.

What are you talking about? Are you bashing Wealthy Affiliate? We all create our own websites here to promote our own niche products. You can promote WA if you want, but it is not required or even recommended.
