I cancelled my membership weeks ago and was still billed yesterday!! When i seen the charge on my account today i came back to see what was going on and i was STILL a member bu

Did you cancel correctly you must follow the process just to make sure.

You must cancel your membership through your account settings. Sending an email does not work. Contact Carson to ask for a refund.

Cancellation/termination does not stop WA from billing. There is no way to stop getting billed. This is fraud!

Hi - how exactly did you cancel your membership? Are you sure you have followed every step? You need to contact Kyle or Carson as ordinarily there are no refunds according to the terms and conditions.

I went through the account cancellation process in the WA system but still got billed. This happened is 2018 and I am now trying to stop payment on WA future billings.

Hi - you need to click on your profile photo, go to account settings and membership. Click cancel billing. If you use PayPal, you also need to go into your PayPal account and cancel the recurring subscription.
