If the problem continues once you have cleared your cache, then this is the link to open a ticket: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support
If after you have cleared your cache and you still have the same problem open a site support ticket and they will help.

You cannot downgrade to Starter, but you will be able to resubscribe to your Premium account at any time and reconnect your membership (when you can make it back). ;)
We host your website for 30 days beyond the cut off date, which gives you time to still work on it or move it to another host in the meantime. We can restore your website for up to six months If you are away longer than the 30 days.

Kyle has already replied you much more things. I just want to add that your monthly subscription will be automatically charged every month from your credit card if you have used VISA or Master credit card directly to pay the fees in WA unless you cancel your membership here.
OR, if you have paid using PayPal, then you need to make preapproved payment settings so that the billing will be automatically through your PayPal account as described within this page of PayPal:-

Thank for more information on this, I would still like to keep my membership then make up for the days I will not be able to use it.
You can be monthly member till November and in November, you can upgrade to yearly because in November, in black friday, Wealthy Affiliate always give heavy discount on yearly membership fee. So, if you want upgrade to yearly, that time will be prefect for you. Till that time you can remain active by paying monthly membership fee.
However, even you can earn before November if you can keep on writing as many contents as you can by targeting different keywords as guided by Wealthy Affiliate.
Let me know if you need I check your work progress so that I can guide you to make money from here very soon.

If it's any consolation the same thing keeps happening to me. As I don't have a steady income at the moment, I've been having to let it call for the money the second time around if I haven't made the money on time, or resubscribe. Hoping to resolve that issue asap. But that this is possible without losing all your hard work the second you have an issue is because Kyle and Carson are cool and reasonable dudes and they understand that folks have difficulties, because 'Life' tho. It's just one more reason why WA is the best place on the web and testament to their ethos in helping us to success in online income.

It's been happening since last week. I've already created a ticket. They said that the site was running fine on their end so I tried going incognito and also tried Firefox. I was able to access it after maybe about 30mins. Now it's working again.
