hello Charline, you can have a blog in as many languages as you want, I have several I have translated, because they have two sites. However you can write your blog in your chosen language immediately .

I've written my about me content but my photo was to big, I want it to look smaller.
Click on the image, then click the pencil. It will bring up the options to edit your image. Click on the drop down box where it says size and you can change the size there.
