i added the plugin but the "contacts" menu never showed up on the left..is there another way to get the short code
Yes, even deleted and reinstalled just in case I did something wrong. The menu option never showed up. Can you recommend any other plugins?

yes it is contact form 7 but im not comfortable giving my login- sorry im like this way with my own mother lol. but i can tell you im using the drento theme...when you try to install the plugin it warns that this plugin has not been tested with my version or something to that nature. Any thoughts?

Can yo check what version of WordPress you are using it tells you this in the dashboard in the At A Glance Box it should say WordPress version 4.5.3 running drento theme

I have just installed the drento theme on one of my sub domains and the contact for seems to be working so I don't think its your theme it might be the version of your WordPress that causing the problem

Hey just wanted to thank you again for your help. I ended up having to reinstall my theme and once I did an update became available. Everything is running fine now! Cheers!

I have read, I have watched and I have failed.I can't seem to comment on anybody's site. I checked- my cookies and javascript are enabled. Cleared my cache. Restarted my CPU. N
I think you should get in contract with kyle and carson, they are the owner and will be able to help you.
I read you deactivated wp-spamshield, DELETE IT and try again. It worked for me. Hope this helps
