Thanks Labman...I see now. I knew that somewhere there was that phrase that said it was showing me that "omitted" notice. I didn't realized it was a the END of the millions of reults!

Here is one thing that I found out through an individual that worked at Google. When you set your search results on Google to 10 per page, as this IS the default setting, the results you see are not very accurate. Try going in and setting the results to 100 per page and watch what happens to those numbers. Much more accurate.
Thanks trbutler...I didn't even know I could do that! It's still a high number but not nearly as high. All the top results are medical sights - I still don't know if I can beat those with a tight keyword phrase.
