If an affiliate program only says "aggressive payouts", but doesn't give an amount, is that a bad sign?
That pretty vague. Sounds to me like something someone would say if they're trying to hide something,,,
Try e-mailing them to get the specifics.
Just out of curiosity, what company/program is this?
Doesn't look like they have an email address. That's weird itself! I could always give them a call and see what they say. Their site says they are paired with another site for commissions, but I did not see them listed as merchants on that site. Double weird!

It's a very bad sign -- any legitimate affiliate program will clearly spell out the percentages, limits, and restrictions on its payments.
