I've just completed Course 2, Lesson 3 so that the site is still basic and not much content is in place. Can use your comments and suggestions. Thanks.

I think the niche will be very valuable and you could become an authority in it. As you build out your site, speak from personal experience to build trust and confidence. You might want to find some appropriate images to add to your content as well. Hope this is helpful.
Your home page isn't set. Go to Reading Settings,
and at Front page displays select either Your latest Posts, or A static page (which must of course exist.)

That's an awesome niche. This kind of information is so needed by people worldwide. I like what you've done so far. I realize it's still a work in progress. Consider including an "exercise" catagory, it's extremely helpful for people who are trying to get healthy. You're getting there, keep taking action.

Idea for niche : targeting 30-50 year olds to share nutrition options so that they can reduce or stop taking medications and avoid surgeries.
