Things to do After you Click Publish!
I was so happy to see that my checklist of things to do before you click publish was so helpful that I decided to share with you the things I do after clicking publish. If you missed that post here is the link.

It seems many think that once they click publish they are done. Well, this is true if you just want to sit back and wait for something to happen. Personally, I like to give my new post a boost to get it going. There is nothing like a good old-fashioned kick start to get the ball rolling.
Here are the things I do after I publish a post.
- Look over the entire post again. It's always good to double check your work for errors.
- Share it on all my social media sites. This will help your post to get seen faster.
- Request a few comments. We all know that comments are a big boost for SEO. https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/comments/requests/show
- Enter my new post to Fetch as Google. This is useful for finding any crawl issues on your post. https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/googlebot-fetch
Now that checklist isn't as long as my other checklist but it is just as important. We all have the tools to make our post successful, we just need to get into the habit of using them.

Thanks Cathy. I have compiled a list similar to this but you have reminded me of a couple more items to consider.
Then you need to follow on with site maintenance plugin and content optimization and growing traffic!
