Help, Mr. Writers Block is here again!
How many times has he visited you? If you haven't met him yet be prepared, he's bound to show up sooner or later.
I have now been building my sites for six months and every once in awhile I get a visit from Mr. Writers Block. I had to teach myself how to get rid of him and would like to share them with you. I start by giving some comments and/or feedback on other members websites. I found that by looking at other peoples sites that it gives me a few new idea. I will also put a few of my niche related words into my Keyword Researcher and it will generate a list of long tailed keywords that I can work with. Last but not least I will simply walk away from the computer and get interested in doing something else. It's funny how our subconscious will still be thinking about it and pop something good into our head sometimes. What I learned is to not get upset when Mr. Writers Block pays me a visit because now I know he won't be staying long. I would like to know what you do to make him leave. Hopefully, if we all share ways to get rid of him he will get the hint that he is not welcome here!
Have a great day and happy writing,

...just step back for a day and don't think about writing...that's what I had to do...and it worked...but each writer has to find what works for her...
Press On!

If it's lack of content ideas is that blocking you, I wrote a training on that subject a while back: Never Lack For High-Quality Content Perhaps you will find it helpful.
Hi Cathy, I actually do as you do. Stop working on my blog and go do other things. When I do come back I tend to be able to write more freely. Thanks for sharing.

Great advice. Besides getting new ideas, looking at other people's sites through the Comments and Feedback areas at WA is a great way to earn credits so others will review our site, too.
Great post Cathy. there is a plethora of creative ideas out there to banish writers block and stimulate creativity!
