Try this - enter "local marketing" in the box at the top of this page and you will see a drop down menu of lots of info on local marketing. Hope this helps
Should I use them for the headings of my articles and blogs or do I place them through the body of the text also?
I don't follow no more that strategy and I find it old school. Try to find synonyms of your target keyword and put them in your article. This way you can rank for several keywords.

All the above Cathie B. Ideally, keyword is in your title, then in a heading, at least once in the first paragraph, preferably first sentence, then two to four times more throughout the blog post, assuming it is a longer post. I hope this helps.

Google comes along and scans your pages looking for your keywords in your blogs. They usually are looking at the first 150 or so words, so it is important to get your keywords at the beginning.

I have just created a personal face book profile and another page to use as my business page. What is the best way to use this to promote my WA business?
The best way will be on the one on which you have a large amount of friends of followers.At least with that you are guaranteed one of them will click on your post, read the content and it and take an action to join.

On this site in the text area I have managed to copy and paste some text into the input field but can't seem to get any image into the text area. I just can't seem to get it to look anything like it does in the theme presentation.
