Don't give up yet!
How are you all doing with any plans to eat healthier, get more exercise keep the house tidy, write one piece of content per day, check your site for comments and reply...?
I hate to be the bringer of bad news but it is usually about this time in January that people start quitting :-(
Tony Robins actually gives you another week or so but in my experience the weak will start to fall right about now!
People have either found the task too tough, not thought it through properly or maybe their support group has fallen by the wayside and so they fall too. Whatever the excuse it is it happens.
If you are feeling like cheating, clacking off or even quitting what ever it is you set out to do then take a watch of Tony in action.
Sorry for the ad at the front but I could not find a version of this without it. Just skip it when you can ok :-)

I won't quit. I'm here to stay. Get used to me.
I do work, have two kids, one which is three, so it might be hard for me to get everything done I would like to do. I have to work harder. It was the same when I got my degree, and I made it. That was two years of blood, sweat, and tears! What I've seen here if I work as hard as I did in school, I'll make it sooner. Just a prediction.
I tend not to make or start any new projects or "resolutions" on January 1st; instead, I prefer to ease into the year. I find it to be too overwhelming to start everything on one day: eat healthier, exercise more, get my finances correct, be a better friend, more spiritual, etc., etc. a
In terms of quitting, today marked my first day of a Healthier Me! Each week, I'll eliminate one unhealthy habit, and add one healthier one, that way, I'm not just focusing on what I can't have. I may decide to create posts about my journey, not sure about that one yet. Perhaps I'll just do a weekly update.
Hi Cath, I do not do the whole resolution thing or start a diet or whatever on the beginning of the new year. Yes, I am excited about a new year and always say I will do whatever it takes to make it a better year than before. But I usually just keep doing what it is I've been doing just might crank it up a notch. No matter what we can't give up. We might get discouraged but that is when you have to go deep and find that extra motivation to carry on :)
Yes, St. Patrick's Day is a big deal around here and with my family. We all know it's just another excuse to drink :)
yes its a little bit of something to spend what little pay you have left over from paying the credit cards in January from Christmas lol
