Checking for Broken Links
You may have "broken links" on your website and not know it. I did, and was unaware ... until I installed this cool plugin I learned about.
This is a great tool and if you are interested in finding broken links on your website, just install the WordPress plugin: "Broken Link Checker."
There are several reasons why links may be broken. It can be because a page is now unavailable or deleted; an image might be missing, etc.
When someone clicks on a link from your website, and it does not take them where they are supposed to go, this can harm your credibility, it may hurt your page rankings and SEO, or if it's on a sales page, it could negatively affect the conversion on your site. So, it appears to be beneficial to be apprised of the fact if there are broken links on your website.
After I installed this plugin, I had gotten notification that my site had 3 broken links. There were 19 warnings, as well.

Yes, broken links are a major No-No with SEO. If you are tight for space and don't wish to add another plugin, there are places you can go and have your site checked out for broken links, for free :)

After I installed it, I had gotten a notification e-mail shortly thereafter, about broken links I had on my site.
Let me know if you still do not believe it is a plugin or you can just write back.
I didn't say I don't believe yours isn't a plugin. What I said was that the link I wrote in my comment above is a link to a website which will also inform you of broken links.
The advantage of using this link, to this website, is that you can have the same results but without having to load your site with extra plugins that you don't really need.
