I see people saying they are getting traffic to their websites. Where are they looking and how do they know how much traffic is going there?
You'll want to set up google search console to. It will tell you what keywords are being used to find your site.
Set it up with google analytics: Manually Adding Google Analytics to Your Website if this is not the one you are looking for just do a search in the search box

When we are conversational and include parts of our lives into our writing style we build trust and authenticity. So do indeed use your voice always! We want to be engaging.
