Law Of Attraction And Abundance - Day 11 - Never Stop Learning

I am an avid reader.

Perhaps because of that, I never stop learning. The Law of Attraction and Abundance creates a whirlwind of energy that keeps learning circling around you.

All the lessons that you need in life are always with you. You just have to choose the ones that are immediately applicable and apply them to your life.

How you choose to embrace the surrounding lessons is irrelevant, the most important thing is that you do.

We are blessed to live in a time when books are not our only option. You can watch a YT video, listen to a podcast, view a webinar or use an app to read your book for you while you relax comfortably.

The Hard Side of Learning

I have never understood why we call emotional intelligence soft skills. In my humble opinion, I find it to be the most challenging when it comes to learning and quite hard.

It is easy to learn a process or a technical element of something but it can be damn hard to become aware of your own functioning, see your flaws, acknowledge them and WORK to improve them.

Not many of us are able to do this easily and most of us wait on feedback or a critical event in our lives to occur before we begin the journey of knowing.

If you read any of my blog posts, you would know that I do not only focus on the technical side of online business. There are hundreds of thousands of lessons both within and outside of Wealthy Affiliate (WA) for that.

What I tend to rise to the fore is the need to strengthen our resilience and emotive functioning. Rather than shooting from the hip, we should take the time to fully appreciate that WA is a VERY diverse learning environment.

Our members come from perhaps every country in the world, their education maybe a little or a lot, they may not speak much English, their technical ability and affinity make not be at its peak and their soft side may not be as robust as you expect it to be.

That, for me, provides a fantastic opportunity to learn more about my members, myself and the work itself. When I reach out to try to understand their needs and offer help, I am learning more and growing in the process.

There were 2 lessons for me in Live Chat yesterday. It is a place of much learning for me.

1. Chrystopher was assisting a member with a technical issue on their website. It involved learning about a theme that was unfamiliar to him.

The member expressed that it was his birthday and there was no rush. He, in turn, expressed that it did not matter. As he worked on the issue he was learning and that made him more valuable to his clients.

2. A dissatisfied member took to our WA platform to express her disappointment at the way (soft skills) she was treated in Live Chat.

Dale observed and took the time to highlight the issue in Live Chat and then gave a direct apology to the member in response to her question.

The mindset and behaviours of both Chrystopher and Dale far supersede their technical and business acumen.

They are great human beings, always open to sharing and not walk away from a difficult situation.

As a result, they will continue to attract success to their own lives.
