How To Get Your ANALYTICS Heading In The Right Direction
For the past four (4) months, I have been working on how to get your analytics heading in the right direction. As I have been sharing, I am now implementing my medium-term strategies which involve building out my MMO (Making Money Online) brand, Cassi Of Troy.
In April 2021, Prince Partha started sharing his Potions. The timing was perfect for me as I was in the process of completing a website audit to determine how to prioritise the actions needed.
I have been following his pieces of training and adding even more value with some great ideas from our Premium Plus classes.

My Starting Point
A quick background.
My short-term strategies were all directed towards building income streams. That was important as I realised that Affiliate Marketing would not get me out of corporate confinement in the short term (i.e. within 1 year).
Thankfully, I have built a profitable online consulting business and launched my online brand, Cassi Of Troy. All possible because of Wealthy Affiliate (WA) and our supportive community.
I do believe that it is possible to construct and achieve anything that you want online. However, you must be resilient, open to learning, curious and determined like hell to succeed.
During that short-term phase, I launched a few websites, stayed in school and practised every day. I also began to understand how Social Media worked to determine where (and if) I wanted to direct my efforts.
Keyword Research
For the most part, all I have been doing, as instructed, during the past 4 months is keyword research (Google and Jaaxy) and writing content for my website.
Remember, effective keywords are your inventory. Without a well-stocked warehouse, you will always be scrambling and uncertain of your next steps.
I currently have a bank of 331 keywords organised into 15 categories or containers, as I like to call them.
These may change as I progress depending on how my traffic objectives go.
Building Content
I do not ever wake up without knowing what I am writing about for the day.
My goal is to write 2 blog posts for my website per day. Currently, I achieve that 2 or 3 times a week. At the start of September, I will have the time I need every day and will begin tracking that goal more aggressively.
During the past month, I have noticed some significant changes to my content analytics, starting with my top 10 content.
70% of my top 10 content is content written during the past 2 months, using the Prince's Potions.
I made the fundamental change and researched the keyword questions that people were ACTUALLY searching for in Google.
That simple change has made a big difference to my rankings and traffic.
All Google Analytics Are Heading In the Right Direction
Over the last 14 days, I have seen that almost all my analytics are improving. My average Google position keeps bobbing up and down but that is expected at this stage of development.
What is especially encouraging are my Bounce Rate (BR), Session Duration (SD) and Click Through Rate (CTR).
My objective is a BR around 30-40% and an SD of about 5m, minimum.
How I Get My Google Traffic
The final criteria that I have been monitoring are how I get my Google traffic. This is very important for me as I am targeting specific markets and building organic traffic.
Again, everything appears to be moving the way I want it. I am especially pleased that 50% of my visitors are from the USA as I am directly targeting a very defined niche in that market.
I will share some more about that further down the road.
The other exciting aspect of these stats is the fact that over 42% of visitors are being referred to my website. I will be nose-diving into those referrals this week.

Are you using the same target keyword in multiple posts, or just once?
I ask because I have a product review that was ranking quite well, so I wrote another post to talk about the same product using the product name (keyword) in the title. It hasn't gained any traction at all. I can't even find it in a google search, even though my original review still shows up on either the first or second page.

Andrew, I started by organising the categories I wanted to focus on - 15 in total.
Then, I began my keyword research using Partha's methods with a Jaaxy comparison.
Initially, I wrote some using Jaaxy and some using Partha's potion.
I am still waiting to see results from my Jaaxy posts.
They seem to go slower.
My Partha, Google query, posts have just shot off and I am sticking with that for now, using Jaaxy for the alphabet soup mainly.
Most of my 331 are originals.
There are some variations.
