Do You Feed Your Energy Well?
I have been active in sports since I was a wee child.
Swimming, hockey, football, rugby, basketball, squash, tennis.
I love sports!
Then, I got into running and weight training in my later years.
Life without some form of exercise would be painful for me.
Those activities fueled more than my physical well-being and energy.
They fed my emotions and my mind.
I only realised that later on in my life.
The times in my life when I walked through my darkest experiences were the times when my energy was at its lowest.
That lesson was a hard one to learn and one that I will never let go of.
You must feed yourself energy, positive and healthy energy, if you want to sustain your success.

It is a place that inspires me and provides my daughter and me with joy, clean breath and amazing views to feed our souls.

This is such a great message, Cassi. Like you, I've been physically active my whole life and it's a part of my day now that I couldn't imagine not having. Exercise fuels our energy indeed.
