Thanks, Carson. Now I remember. Appreciate your reply. I'm really rusty, but eager to get going now that I have the time and space. Gotta get my internet hooked up, since I just moved, then I'll be on daily.

Good answers Carol, best of luck.

Thanks, Roger.

Hey Carol,

Hope the following tutorial will help you:

Thanks. I'm at library right now, since internet not hooked up yet after my move. Will check it out once I'm back online.

Here's another video to help you in finding training here: Sure hope you're able to bet hooked back up. Can't imagine being without my internet connection. YIKES.

Thanks. Appreciate it.

Going to the library and being limited in time is the pits, but it's better than nothing!

Click on the $ icon up top and go to links and tracking.

Thanks for the reply, Joe. I remember now. Hoping my referral sticks this time! He says he's serious...we'll see.

Good luck Carol !!

Thanks.

Well Carol, this was better for me than for you. I get a chance to learn something.
Keishalina has good insight. forgive me that i really could not help you today, but am so glad you reached out and glad to hear from you!
Suzay

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, Suzay. Happy my question helped you.

hey hi Carol ... it may be that your email provider might have made some changes .... i use gmail and i find it makes 'funny' changes on occasion along the way ... a bit of a frost! ...

Mickey has a good reply for you in checking your email notifications in your accounts area ... and also you might want to check the bell 🔔 at the far upper right hand corner and verify your notifications options there as well ....

all the best to you & hope it all works out well for you ... :)

Ms, K , Suzay liked this!

*** wonderful! ... appreciate YOU, Suzay ... keep well ... 😊 ...***

Thanks, Keisha. I'll try it.

Thanks so much, Keisha. I really miss having the notices in my email. Makes it much easier to keep from missing posts or comments that I need to respond to.

this's interesting!
it did happen to me too
in the past and in my case,
I believed it was that because it was more than a Month
that I didn't check any email or log in to WA platform,

So I searched and clicked to old unread email from WA,
and got to the posts and write something, or click on like,
then I make sure to make WA primary in my email settings again to be sure that their email were not going anywhere else,

and the following days were all ok as I was getting many WA email again,

hope that this can help you

Have a good day

Thanks, Pedrone. Appreciate it. Will check into it.

Welcome!

Your email provider may be bouncing them back. Go to account settings, then under general settings, under email make sure it isn't being rejected. It will say if it is being rejected. Also, toward the bottom of the page make sure it is set to yes for emails.

Also, if you haven't already, check your spam folder. They may have ended up there.

Thanks, Mickey. Appreciate all your suggestions. Have been very busy and not on WA much, so will need to get with it and try to get it straightened out now.

If a starter member leaves, but changes his mind and reactivates his account, do I still get the credit for that member when he returns?

That's a good question. I see others have answered it for you, which is a good thing because I didn't know.

Have a blessed weekend
Charlotte

Thanks, Charlotte.

I see that someone has given you the good news that in most cases you have a lifetime cookie so you normally will get your commissions if they upgrade to premium at any point...

Having said that...

When you mention "leaves" are you saying that they close down their account or just remain inactive? Either way, there is a possibility that they open a new account using a different email and then there would be no cookie...

Plus no referral, and no commissions...

So as happens in most cases I think, if they stop premium membership or leave their free account as is, at the point that they start again (or upgrade), they would still be your referral...

But if they create a whole new account, the person they sign up under would get the credit unless the platform has some internal system for checking names and identities (which I do not think they have)...

A good question to ask, let's see what others may have experienced/think/know too...

Cheers!
Dave : )

Thanks, Dave. That makes sense. I think he was just going to be inactive because I didn't know how to tell him how to deactivate the account. I'm really not concerned that he will come back under anyone else, because he's very adamant that he's not going to use the program. I don't want to have to deal with negativity, so I'm glad he hadn't upgraded before he decided that WA isn't for him.

yes you do - there is a lifetime cookie and as long as you are the ;ast persons link they clicked through before coming here you get the cookie and i think it is the same if they return - if they click through on someoe elses link then the cookie is transferred
we have had members in the past getting newbies to leave and join through their link with money off as an incentive.
they got found and kicked out.
but you don't want them to click through on anyone elses link before coming back.
have fun
phil

Thanks for the reply, Phil. I don't think there's any danger of him coming back with anyone else. He seems pretty adamant that he's not going to stay.

nothing at all they just carry on as normal

Thanks Catherine.
