Success is So Sweet!
Hey, Gang,
Several of you know that I am very low tech...and I've got the T-shirt to prove it! (My sister gave it to me for Christmas several years ago, and I always get a smile, a laugh, or a friendly comment when I wear it.)
You've been through the frustration of learning to use Wordpress with me. Your support, encouragement, and suggestions/answers to my questions were so helpful and kept me going through some tough times.
While I'm still very new and taking things one step at a time, one day at a time, I'm not as intimidated by technology as I was. I'm not so afraid I'll push a button and lose all my hard work.
I have come so far in the last week or so. When I go back and read those comments of mine that I made back when I was so frustrated, it almost seems like a distant memory.
I HAVE SEEN SOME REAL PROGRESS THIS WEEK!
I finally finished the post I've been working on for the past week. I had no idea there could possibly be so much information about a pair of ballroom dancing shoes! My goal this week was to complete and publish that post, and it is finished! It feels so good to achieve those small baby steps! Now I can finally move on to lesson 4 of course 2. But first, it's time for a bit of shuteye, as it's 3:48AM.

Technically-xhallenged!...I, hated, Math, and physics...who, needs, that?...I did, when I wanted to construct, horoscopes, with accuracy, not strong guesses...My last, teaching, assignments, Sciences, and Algebra2..funked, once...and got a D, effort!

Good for you for pushing through on something that doesn't come naturally. I'm not tech-oriented either. I learn what I need to learn and take copious notes or I'm lost. That discipline you're demonstrating will serve you well in earning success for your site.

Thanks, Kyle. I'm snowed in today, and even feeling positive about that! Missing my performance of the Messiah tonight, but not even upset about that! What's wrong with me??! Thankful for all the support and help from my growing WA family.
Way to go, Carol, in the beginning, it can take time but each and every post adds to our ability and confidence looks like things are coming together for you.
Like anything in this sweet life we only get good at things by applying ourselves the really good thing about all this is that each time we fire it up we learn something and get that little bit more proficient. You will be feeling pleased that you are making progress it will become second nature before you know it.

Hi, Tom. You're right. We do all have them. Today's a great day in spite of the fact that I'm snowed in and won't be singing in my concert tonight. I'm safe and warm with my critters, and have unexpected free time to work on my writing!

Gonna have some hot chocolate, sit and watch the fire with my furkids, George and Leia, and chill. (yep, it's a chilly 28 degrees down south today). Snow is still falling, and everything is so beautiful!
Great ! I got my AC on and its 32 outside with Sunshine all day...
You must be pretty hot blooded to need your AC at that temp!
How much of this white stuff would you like me to send you??

SEND plenty, so far my daughter has not seen real snow..but soon!

Maggie Valley had 12 inches at 11 last night, it snowed all night and most of the morning. It's snowing again now. Record breaking snowfall.Bring your daughter on up. Ya think FedEX has dry ice?? How about a foot, will that suffice?
Na, how about 3 feet...that's what we used to have in Vancouver Island when I grew up there on Sproat Lake!
