There Are Words and Then There Are Keywords

I'm several articles in now on my website myusefuldressage.com. The plan I'm following is to start with the principles of dressage, as outlined by a couple of masters, summarize them, and move on to how these principles might be applied. What I have started to do is pick a master, say Alois Podhajsky, for example, use that name as my keyword and follow it with a qualification like "dressage theory for success." I'm realizeing that I have to make sure the qualification isn't also a keyword. As Jay Neill says there should only be one key word per post. So it's becoming a bit tricky.
I have also discovered that there aren't keywords for titles that I think would be helpful. Nobody's searching for "dressage theory," for example. But that's what I want to write about to create a context for application or the actual training of the horse. So I have tried to be creative and think of different ways to align my ideas with what people are looking for.
So one of my titles uses the keyword "Alois Podhajsky" followed by the qualification "theory for success in dressage." People are searching for Alois Podhajsky, but they aren't searching for "theory for succes in dressage." So I've got one keyword in the title and a qualification that alerts the reader to what I'm talking about and hopefully will spark some interest.
The image is my logo. Or I'd like to use it as my logo.
