The following tutorial may offer you the help you seek: Fix Error 404 Broken Links Hope this helps you.
The possibility to edit the 404-page varies on what theme you use.
There are plugins that will allow you to customize the 404-page and define the rules for it.
I guess something is not right with your link!
And also, please elaborate exactly what is the problem exactly you are facing.

I had to re-set-up my Google + Account. Not sure of the reason. Can anyone maybe give me some insight?

I can't find where to put an HTML code for site verification in Appearance/Editor
what type of code do you need to put? There are certain places for different type of codes. Send me a PM if you still need help with this. We can maybe do a screenshare and I can show you were to put it
You may want to contact Site Support about this. Sign into your Site Rubix and scroll to the bottom. There you can put in a ticket. They are very responsive any time I have contacted them.
I hope you get this resolved quickly.

I am unable to do almost anything on my Dashboard. I am getting this Error Message "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."
I can't check anything on All in One
Occasionally that happens. I clean my browner and cache and try back later. Usually that fixes the problem
I’m sure there is training on here about that. If you can’t figure it out, send me a message. I can show you with a zoom real quick
I will suggest you log out completely and clear you browsing history and try logging in afresh. It sure helps sometimes.
Are you logging in through the SiteRubix SiteManager pane?
If so, I'd suggest opening a support ticket to get the problem investigated by the tech support folks.
Weird.
The admin account should be able to access everything (as long as you didn't modify anything in that account).
Best thing you can do is to contact SiteSupport.
I don't think I have changed anything, but I might have. LOL I am not real techy so anything is possible. Thanks for your help. It is much appreciated.
