While dancing around on Facebook doing the thing I love most, connecting and networking, I often get several inbox messages with a long explanation of what the caller is doing, what an incredible Team they have built and are working with, what tools they have implemented to get results, and praise for the great results they are indeed getting.

Most of the time it is so good it seems too good to be true.
My response is usually the same...

"That's Awesome!! Great Job! ----
We are doing exactly the same thing!" :0)

You cannot say enough about teamwork. When a Team is engaged and on point it is amazing what can be accomplished. It is incredible what a Team can get done when no one cares who gets the credit. It is a beautiful thing!! I am honored to work with just such a Team. Many of them both current and former WAers and I have to be honest. They know a whole lot more than I do. I am learning, (in addition to what I learn here); I am learning from them every single day.

I Owe It All To Wealthy Affiliate

Well perhaps that is a stretch because there is much we owe to time, circumstances, and the lessons of life, but I owe a great deal of our success to WA because most of my Team learned much of what they know right here. Not all on my Team are from WA, (as I said) in fact we have new recruits joining us daily from Facebook, from LinkedIn, and from our SEO efforts and traffic growth. Did I say it is a beautiful thing? I think I did. It is indeed a beautiful thing.

After being here 8 months and learning a ton, connecting with other WAers, growing in online skill and writing skill. I can finally say --- We're Making It Happen! There were times I had my doubts honestly, if what I was paying for this education was worth it. I wondered if it would really pay off.

IF you can relate to that. Perhaps you're just starting out. Let me say -- IT IS WORTH IT! AND IT WILL PAY IF YOU STICK WITH THE STUFF! it is only a matter of time. Do the lessons. Do the tasks. Connect. Grow. I stated in my last blog post that it may require a niche change but you WILL make it. You have to believe that.

The traffic results we are seeing blows me away!

We started our Team site on July 23rd. Not even 4 weeks ago. The very 1st day of setting up shop, paying close attention to the keywords we were using and getting indexed, we had 94 visits. For the first 12 days we averaged 96 visits a day. And our click rate and bounce rate were both AWESOME! Then on the 13th day we had a spike to 251 visits with even better click through. We started out with conversions at 1 a day and now we're seeing conversions of 3 to 4 a day and sometimes more. (sometimes less too) After the 251 spike we evened out to a daily average approaching 140 visits a day.

this may not seem like much but for a brand new site, right out of the gate, this is incredible!

Turning Conversation to Conversion

So All of our traffic is not SEO generated - we can see what is from SEO and what is not - and I have to be honest that some of my conversions are coming from conversation. You see after people come to me with their hype and say "YOU HAVE TO JOIN OUR TEAM!!!!" I calmly explain to them what we are doing and show them what we are doing. I explain about our niche and united mission. And probably 50% of the time they add to their portfolio of niches and join us. We have others who have buried themselves in this one niche three years ago and are making six figure incomes. Some making seven. And I have been earning weekly commissions since week four. I tell them to 'Join Our Million Dollar Team' and often they do.

It Is A Beautiful Thing! And I Owe Much of it to Wealthy Affiliate.
