You're using Blossom Feminine theme which should have customization options available.

Are you logged in as an Admin or a lesser role?

Does this happen with other themes?

I'm logged in as an admin, I have almost completed my site and then this happened. So I've been in the screen where I have options. I didn't think of sending it to site support, so I'm going to do that next.

Is the site on your own domain name or a siterubix subdomain?

Sometimes certain options are only available when it's your own website.

It's my own domain name. I have had it for a little over a month now under this theme and it is just now showing this. I believe it's now requiring me to upgrade to pro for the additional cost rather than have the free theme to continue with my website. I have literally created my whole website already and now I just can't edit or rearrange things and Site Support said it's because it looks like it's needing me to upgrade. :(

This doesn't really make a lot of sense, does it? According to their documentation there are a lot of customizations available for the free version of the theme.

They've listed the differences between the free and pro versions at:

If the following suggestions don't help then visit their support forum.

Try deactivating ALL your plugins temporarily and see it it's a plugin causing a conflict. You can activate them again if that doesn't help.

Try a different theme and see if you can access the customizations on a different theme. You can switch back again later if you wish.

That's what I saw too and it's clear that they still have the free version available. I will try those things. My site content will all stay put right?? Thank you for your help.

Please let me know if you're able to resolve this or not. I do care :)

OH my goodness! Marion, it worked! You're a genius and I am forever indebted to you!!!! :) Apparently there was a plug in that was activated and keeping me from doing anything. I deactivated any plug ins that didn't need to be activated and it worked!!!!!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Marion to the rescue!!!! She is good at that!

I'm glad it is fixed!

I really don't know. It sounds like a glitch where it is stuck. I would absolutely send an email to Site Support with the same screenshot and explanation. They will fix it with their magic techie stuff.

I can't believe I didn't thank of that. Thanks sis!

Is there any updates on your theme? If so, update the theme. If not, I am not sure...

I have updated everything. I think next step is sending it to site support. Thank you.

I just wrote a little blog asking others about this. I am curious as to when you should begin promoting your business on social media? i.e. Facebook and Instagram.
Should I

As you go through the training courses Kyle will let you know when the time is right

If you are currently working your way through the training you will come to this section if you have not skipped past it by mistake. xxxx

You should do it right away. Each time you publish a post, you wanna share it across multiple networks. :)

And as for your site being finished, it never will be lol. Building a blog is an ongoing process.
