Do we value ourselves?

Hi

Sometimes, we are so busy trying to catch up with everybody else's needs and wants and end up forgetting our real existence. We don't give our selves a chance to see the wealth and beauty within each and every one of us.

Today, our Yoga instructor; which by the way is scheduled to do the class every Wednesday, closed the session with the usual five-minute meditation and at the end, as always, he brings us back to reality with life beauty and self-love messages.

Here is one of his messages:
Thank the universe for the opportunity to share one hour with yourself, for the life that you have, for giving yourself the value that you deserve.
Love your body, mind, and soul!
