Okay I'm sure everyone has seen or heard of the movie pleasant-ville. When i first got here I was skeptical but not because I don't this process works, because there was just no way everyone I have interacted with was this friendly, and not just when i ask a question; several of you just noticed i am new and offered advice to me. All of which I took and am genuinely thankful. I don't imagine too many co-workers that get along this way so much in one Co. WA I am just as excited as the day I started. My initial motivation of making money has shifted positions. My motivation is to create and great site that my encompasses me and what brings value to my site. That in turn will transfer to my visitors. Creating more traffic. Or not and I just continue on meeting some of the most remarkably kind people and blog
