How about both health & wealth!!
I think your health is your wealth in a sense or rather good health is the ultimate wealth. I am not interested in wealth but contentment, I do not need an abundance of anything to be happy just enough to survive. I do think you need to be at your best health though and I want that to be my ultimate goal, hope I made sense :)

How about both health & wealth!!
Say you want health more. Then take a specific niche on the side of health like medicine that enhances immune. This is relevant because we need a stronger immune against diseases especially COVID-19. Or something like that or ventilator is in demand these days.
