You are in the site...? If you created a starter account to get than I would log out and send Kyle an email. Kyle@wealthyaffiliate.com
Make sure that you are not adding extra spaces and that your caps is turned off.

Can you tell me please what the expected turn around time on replies from Kyle might be. I am really keen to get going but seems like I am caught in some kind of void. I am still unable to log in as such, but I can access the site when I click on the link from email notifications. Being somewhat of a technophobe I am a little confused. Cheers.
He checks his emails throughout the day...but I am not sure how long it may take to hear back. He gets a lot of emails and I know that he replies to every single one. They have been doing a lot of work on the website so it could just be a temporary problem.
