Don't get any reaction when I enter questions or words in Help Bar. Sometimes there is a slow timelapse when typing in enteries.
Not the best internet speed. Don't think it's the worst either, but everything else seems to be ok. Videos watching and..and..and.
Have you tried turning your computer off for a bit then on again... only thing I can think of sorry!
...very big inconvenience. It's always happened. I've actually been a premium member for a couple months now to be able to use that option. Feeling a bit let down. I haven't been very good in the past couple months about being on here and developing myself further, but now I'm definitely making it a priority. I have little time so when I do apply myself to this I need quick results.
I'm doing it from my iPad, I suppose I could try that. Everything else works ok from my iPad. I going to message Kyle, I need this clearing up. Thanks, appreciate your help, if you have any more ideas. I'll gladly take them on. How are you, anyway?

Hiya! Problem is half solved. I did some updates on my laptop and this allows me to use the helpbar properly, at least, when typed from touch keyboard in laptop. Still not working when typed from the laptop external keyboard, though. Oh well, can't have everything. Thanks again for your help.

Just message support so you can get a quick response. It's working fine for me and i've never heard of this happening before. That's really weird and definitely a big inconvenience. I'm just wondering if it's on your end or here on WA.
