Where do I find Domain Access? I cannot access any of my sites and or domains and I stress that I am not stupid but am starting to find it very difficult to have any enthusiasm
it gives you the option to post to community, but it doesn't mean you have to. make sure you are selecting the right options and ignore the question box that comes up and you will get direct to support. Some of the questions that go to support can be answered by the community, hence why that is an option
I have several sites redirected to WA. All are available under website builder except one, even though it shows ready for hosting?
I have the same issue, but I only just now transferred the domain to WA. I've decided to wait a few days before I start to ask about it but I will definitely keep my eye on this thread in case a solution is suggested.
Hello,
so all your sites have been moved successfully to WA?
How are you trying to log in?
Are you going through the SiteManager and click "log in" there?
Edit: If there are no sites listed under "SiteManager" then you need to go to the "SiteBuilder" and create the page first, which is shown in the training.
Cheers
Moritz
thank you for replyin I have done it both ways thru site manager and thru the domain all domain are linked to Wa says they have successfully transfered but Nada
In that case you should contact SiteSupport.
They can have a better look, because they have access to your account.
Moritz
been there done that tells me my domain isn't registering but everything worked great until I went to transfer and yes the domains where transferred to WA
What happens when you click on SiteBuilder and then choose "On a domain I own" and then type in your domain name in the field?
Can you proceed there, or do you get a red error message?
(This will create a completely new site! The stuff from your old site will not be on that site.)
Have you saved all the files from your old website(s)?
I have done it both ways using my domain name and siteRubix created the page but when I go to open either one I get the server can't be found unless I enter some stupid site name like "I don't give a darn" then it comes up why won't it come up under my domain name? I now have one that will open the dashboard and one that won't I have lost all of my previous work on my site
That's really weird.
So you contacted the support of WA already, or the support from your old hosting company?
They were always super quick and efficient with their answers/help when I needed them.
(Have to run now. Will be back online in a few hours.)
You're welcome. :)
I just saw your other question where you linked to a site of yours.
Does this mean, that you could solve your problem?
Nope deleted everything and started all over again I'm getting really good at doing that I think I've made and deleted about 12 sites now

I purchased a domain name but when I go to rebuild my web page it keeps asking me if I purchased the name or not and will not let me go any further help!!
What do you mean by "rebuild" your web page?
Did you build a SiteRubix site and are you trying to transfer it to your new domain that you bought?
I tried to send the siteRubix to the Domain but then I had to go to Name Cheap and bought a domain name to tell the truth I haven't a clue what the heck I'm doing
lol - don't worry I didn't have a clue when I started either so your not alone.
You have your SiteRubix site here in WA. that is a good thing.
You bought a domain name at Namecheap. - that's another good thing.
Now you have to wait for your domain to be ready (from Namecheap this can be in as little as 15 minutes or could take a day). - this you should fin in the training (If I remember correctly).
When the Namecheap domain you bought is ready then you have to transfer (move) your SiteRubix site to your new domain. - I imagine this is where things are getting crazy for you because Namecheap changed slightly since Kyle posted his training. This is where I got hung up too. lol
I'm going to put a few links below for you to look at. I am not sure which one explains the updated transfer process so bare with me please. How to Transfer a SiteRubix Website to Your Own Domain Transfer Domain Name DNS from NameCheap to WA How To Transfer Domain Name To WA let me know if you still have problems ok.

Thank you. You are right about it probably in training but my little grey cells couldn't pull the info out (if it got registered in the first place) a lot to absorb

Hi,
you definitely need a picture there and it wouldn't hurt to make it a bit longer.
You can use Kyle's example in the training as reference.
Cheers
Moritz
thank you for your input
