A couple of things:
Did you check the competition? (QSR in Jaaxy?)
Does the domain have a .com available?
Both things are recommended by Kyle in the training.

I did check the competition. It's a little competitive but not impossible to crack the top ten from what I see. Also there are a good number of related keywords with search numbers between 500 and 900 per month.
I bought exerciseforactiveseniors.com. I could have bought exerciseforseniors.com if I wanted to spend $21,000. for it :-)

Just checked Jaaxy and the numbers are slightly higher at 7957 Avg and 1353 Traffic, and a QSR of 170 and SEO of 78, so for a new website, I wouldn't target this keyphrase just yet, however, as a domain name or website name, it would be perfect.
However, it is not available :-(
It is already registered, although it is up for sale, but for a steep $25k
When you go to the website itself, it is just advertising that it is for sale
You might want to reconsider the domain name that you choose for this, however, as a niche, it's a great one to be in :-)
Thanks for your research. As you suggest this could be somewhat difficult to rank but with good content and seo I think it can work into the top 10 in Google search.
I agree, over time, as you build up related content that has internal links the cornerstone article, you'll be able to rank for it :-)

All that you need to do now is to point the Name Servers from Namecheap to WA :-)

I tried to find what website builder was included in the WA membership but did not find the answer. What software is used? I'm familiar with Elementor and would rather not have
WordPress is the Content Management System used, you use that to build your website.
Within WordPress, you can install a Theme, most members choose Generate Press. Generate Press also has a Premium Plugin if you want to upgrade, that will allow you customise your website even further.
Elementor is a Plugin for WordPress and works with most themes, including Generate Press.
