When I visit my website pamperyourpets.net my blog posts say uncategorized. What does that mean and how can I change it? I'm guessing it has something to do with ranking and
It means you haven't made any categories for your posts. It will help your readers navigate your site better if you have your posts categorized. Instead of them having to scroll and look for your posts.
Just go back to where you edit the post and create categories for certain things regarding to your niche. Place the posts that relate to it in each section and then place your categories tab into your menu.
You can create categories for your posts and assign them. In your
WordPress editor, you will see categories on the right hand side.
Create the categories that you want and check the category for each post.

I'm no expert on WordPress, and I don't think I personally have the answer to your question, but it looks like someone asked a similar question: Need picture alignment help - can't get multiple pictures in a row That may not be what you need, but hopefully it could get you going in the right direction!
If you aren't able to do a photo gallery on a page, you might consider adding some text, like captions, and see whether that fixes the issue.
