In the settings of your plugin you can add url links.
Not wishing to confuse the matter but I'd recommend Sumome for social share.

It should be in the settings for Feather in your WP admin dashboard. There's a place that you should be able to add links to your social profiles, Twitter handle, etc.

You can click on the category you want when you edit the post...
