I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)
Thanks Kyle - I posted in "ask a question" about someone wo wants me to promote first aid kits in the Caribbean - particularly aimed at Yachtsmen. I'd have presumably to get an affiliate agreement with him to start with I suppose? Then, if it took off, the shipping to customers would have to be sorted.

However, thinking about it, there are many out-doorsy people (RV-ers, hikers etc etc who could do with decent first aid kits - not the rather mickey mouse ones that you can buy off the shelf. Maybe this could be my "dip my toe in the water" first niche?

There is no point in trying to get a company to set up an affiliate program if it is very technical to set up an affiliate program and if a company doesn't have one, move on. There are 10,000's of affiliate programs out there and MILLIONS of products that you can promote as an affiliate.

So I wouldn't bother in this scenario, all sorts of things would have to be set up (tracking/etc) which is a lot of work and a company is not going to do something like that for you unless you have an establish brand/authority in a niche.
Ah - ok, rather thought that might be the case! Cheers, Tony

Yeah, it simply is not worth the effort.
