I received an email from Google Search Console that i have a couple of errors on my site, my question is does anyone know how to fix these errors, I went to the "FIX COVERAGE I
Butch, privacy page and Affiliate disclosure page are probably marked "noindex".
Open those pages in WordPress and go to the SEO section at the bottom of the page and uncheck the box that's marked "noindex".
Then save the page, refresh the sight and Google will say this is is fixed.
Hope this helps.
Barbara
Hi, Barbara, I Have unchecked 3 boxes that were checked in "noindex" Google is running the repairs I did refresh the page but still showing errors
Thanks for the help, appreciate
Butch
Not sure at this point I am just waiting to see what Google comes back with, it seems if its' not one thing its' another !!!!
Yep. I had this same error.
There was something I can't recall in the all-in-one SEO, way at the bottom of the page that was ticked. It said "noindex" so I unticked it and confirmed the fix. They sent me an email about a week later saying it was fixed. I hope this helps you, too!

Hi, Melissa, I think I found in SEO I have 3 boxes checked in the "NOINDEX" I have unchecked them all and Google is now running the repairs so I hope this works !!! I will let you know what happens. Thank u for taking the time to help
Butch
Great! That's what I did and I received good news from the Google gods!
Helping is my pleasure ☺️
Yep. Sometimes it took them 2 days and other times it took over a week for them to send me confirmation. It's a waiting game at this point but I feel optimistic that you'll get some good news ☺️
Well hopefully it won't take too long, I have lots to keep me occupied researching new keyword for another post!!!!

I have a question concerning content on my site, I am currently writing a comparison post, I have written a few posts about this topic and I want to know if I can just copy and
Thank u to all that took the time to help with my question, I just wrote a coles notes version and will add a link to my more detailed explanation thanks again
Butch
In my training I learned you can't copy and paste unless it's your own words and not from anyone else article.
I know it can be annoying to rewrite the same stuff but I've actually written endless variations of the same thing, I think the main thing is that the post itself is mostly unique content. Remember that you can always just link to another post where you have for example explained what WA or affilaite marketing is instead of explaining it in every post. I'm guilty of doing that to inflate my word count but I'm not really sure Google appreciates this. Also remember that it's ok to quote other sources every now and then and Google actually seems to like it in my experience. Just remember to use quotes and link to the original source so they know it's a direct quote. Gives you some word count and credibility because of citing sources.
Thanks for the ideas, I am just going to rewrite a coles notes version, it is a bit of a pain but all is good

not a good idea or google will try to dtermine which one of your posts to rank and which to drop...
and i am sure you don't want this...
so i would take what you have written and rewrite it so that it is unique content.
good luck

This is a great question! Unfortunately, it's one I don't know the answer to but I'm sure someone will.
I know that copy/pasting isn't good but in this case I'm not so sure.
I hope you get your answer soon, sorry I can't help!
All the best
Melissa
According to the post Darlene has shown me, I'm sorry I messed with your chances of your question getting answered. It won't happen again
Melissa, there is no need to apologize as far as I am concerned you did nothing wrong. Your feedback is appreciated and welcome. As for Darlene's post, it is nothing more than another members suggestion, her posting it didn't add or help with my question, maybe Darlene should have forwarded it to you in a PM instead of posting it here. I did get my answer and your comment did nothing to interfere.
