Nexus is the amount of presence a business has in a certain location (e.g., state or city). You might have nexus in a state if you sell goods to a customer in that state. Sales tax is a pass-through tax. Businesses in specific localities or states must collect sales tax from customers at the point of sale.

Hi, yes that is true.
Once a premium, and not updated with payments, you'd be locked out the platform.
However, does not stop you from browsing profile and fetching what you want in the profile, blog posts, questions and training if applicable. However not in site content info unless you renew.
Hi, if a siterubix subdomain that's not accessible, as site support back ups are valid for 60 days only.

Is it possible to get old content off of my wife's old account?
I already posted an About Me page to my wife's old account that she no longer has access to. Is it possible to retrieve what I already did from 2 years ago? On her old account

You might want to open a ticket with site support. I’ve heard of people getting their websites recovered even after they had been away from WA for a long period of time. They are usually returning on their same account though. It doesn’t hurt to ask.
Hi - I don't think that's possible. If a member cancels their subscription, but doesn't move their website to another hosting provider, then the website is deleted after 60 days.
