Buying Amazon products within my site for personal use, Is it considered a qualified sale?
I am a regular shopper of Amazon and i have been purchasing products from their site for years now. They can actually check my personal account and the history of my orders from shoes, soap, supplements, to home decors and gardens. And for the fact that i have them as my affiliate in my website and used their banners and product links through out my pages, i can't help but to buy my own personal use within my website. I just dont know if that will be considered a qualified sale??? I paid for it. I am a regular amazon customer. I have the right to buy items from them. But the thing was i bought it within my site. I am also aware that they will kick me out if I won't be able to generate 3 qualified sales within 180 days (6 months). Hopefully they will analyze and consider the scenario of me being a customer and an affiliate marketer at the the same.

My understanding is that buying from Amazon through your own links in against the Associates Program Policies.
https://affiliate-program.amazon.com/help/operating/policies
Go to the Associates Program Participation Requirements section, then section 8 (u) provides:
"You will not directly or indirectly purchase any Product(s) through Special Links, whether for your use of for the use of any other person or entity, and you will not permit, request or encourage any of your friends, relatives, employees, contractors, or business relations to directly or indirectly purchase any Product(s) through Special Links, whether for their use, your use or the use of any other person or entity. Further, you will not purchase any Product(s) through Special Links for resale or commercial use (of any kind) or offer any Products on your Site for resale or commercial use of any kind."
My reading is that not only will they not be a qualified sales, its against their policy which could result in you being banned.

Unfortunately Amazon is not known for their reasonableness or for their willingness to communicate or listen to reason. They go strictly by their policies and nothing else matters to them.
