Heat Is Not The Only Thing That Makes Me Sweat Try SWAG
So, when I read Kyle's invite to SWAG I thought COOL,
I need the help and what a way to learn from the best.
Believe me, there is nothing COOL about it, at least not for me. It makes me sweat every
minute of every day. When working on my site I sweat with concentration and worry that I am behind! When I am away from the PC I sweat because I am away from the PC, I am behind and one more day has passed. One day less to get it all done.
Don't get me wrong. I still love the work....you note I said work! Don't be fooled, it is work, and then some. I just find that I have to do so much more that just what is on the list, I have to go to the training to check how to get things done and, being I am from the last century, I am somewhat technologically challenged.
Every time I read something I find two more things I need to go and research and learn! And just to be devious, Kyle took all the uneven dates out of February. It is the 18th and I am sure the month only started 6 days ago! I definitely have not had 18 days to get through all of this:-0 No Problem!!! I will pay him back in
in December.

Hi Bryan,
Don't be hard on yourself and work at your own pace. When you worry it doesn't help but make things worse.
I joined with barely any computer skills but took my time at my own pace and just kept going.
Before you know it you will be almost finished!
Keep your eye on the prize and that is your Vegas picture :)
Hi Patsy, Thanks for the encouragement. It's a bit of a tongue in cheek jibe but you know what they say about many a true word said in jest. There is quite a bit of work and a lot of research and learning but, that is the whole point isn't it?

Yes that's the point and it's great you are doing this challenge.
It's also great you have a positive attitude stating 'See you in Vegas' and that will get you there!
Forward progress, that's what's important. I'm a little behind my goal of 3 articles a week, but I'm starting to get faster. When I get discouraged, I take a look at my site and see just how much I've done and am proud of it. That's what gets me going for the next week's goals!
Lol, I know the feeling! I'm 56 and realizing that I have a lot to learn when it comes to the technology side, especially the social media!
Do your best and keep chipping away at it. I am so slow but I’m chipping. We don’t give up is the rule.

I am just taking a little longer than I expected. Having a blast though.
