Hey, this is a marathon, remember?
I just reached the end of the Level 2 course and it is indeed a good time to look back and forward.
I have started this journey because I already have some sites up and running but they are not ranking too well and converting even less. I consider myself well versed in Wordpressese but that is obviously no guarantee for a thriving business.
And even so, Wordpress-wise I never knew it was that easy to get authorship setup! And while doing that I even discovered that one of my plugins was preventing the Google rich snippets to show up correctly.
But my biggest insights came from the post on low hanging fruit. It makes so much sense to start this way. While going through this program I am working on three sites simultaneously:

I simply love going through this course and implementing right away. As for the goals, short term, it is simply to soak up all information up to Level 4 and beyond and implement it right away. The minor goal is for this information is to pay for the premium-ship. The larger goals of course is to see a significant improvement in my business. More precisely, to double the income every six months.
From January on wards, I will only be able to work on this in the evening. Not because of a day job, but we are entering an intensive program with our brain-injured daughter that will keep us more than busy and entertained during the day. So that is another important drive to get this all up and running successfully.
But like I said, this is a marathon and I am enjoying it. So nice to have you either running with me and/or cheering me on. You are me, I am you.
