In one of the site feedback comments, my visitor informed me that he noticed in the web browser that my site wasn't secure. I'm not sure what that means or what to do about it
It could be one of four reasons usually, do you have the exact message that is appearing?
It could be your images using http instead of https, in which case you can use the steps here to resolve it Insecure site ssl invalid issue chrome blocking access? Or it could be that your SSL Certificate has expired, which SiteSupport can resolve for you, but you can check this first using this post/training Website Security Issue - Please Read How To Check Your SSL Certificate Expiry Date
Please submit a ticket to support for a fix

You can build a landing page like we did and put it at the footer of the page.
You could do this if that is what you where asking?

Best view in Incognito vs standard browser. They can also watch some videos.
A prompt pop do come up and it can closed.

But two of them open in the same tab taking the visitor away from my site. In all other links, I simply click on the "open in new tab" box and it's find. This is a Custom URL link. In Widgets, there isn't that "Box" to check. Does that help? Thanks.
You paste your link into the box and then click the little cog symbol and tick open in new tab. This is in Wordpress
